How to stir-fry bacon with garlic sprouts?

1. First cut a small piece of bacon. They brought me a big piece and I couldn’t bear to part with it, so I kept it and ate it slowly. Then boil the bacon in water for 15 minutes. The main purpose is to remove its saltiness. Also, bacon is relatively hard, so it is easier to fry after boiling.

2. While waiting for the bacon to cook, you can prepare the ingredients. Just wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into sections, wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut into slices, and smash the garlic seeds before cutting into slices.

3. After the bacon is cooked, rinse it with cold water and then cut it into thin slices.

4. Heat the pan and put the fatty bacon in to fry until the oil comes out.

5. Add the lean meat and stir-fry over medium heat.

6. Stir-fry continuously and cover with lid for two minutes. Because the bacon was cooked for 15 minutes and was cut very thinly, it was cooked in two or three minutes.

7. Add the red pepper, garlic, and garlic sprouts and stir-fry for two minutes.

8. I secretly ate a piece and found it was a bit salty. In order to distribute the saltiness to other ingredients, I added a little water and boiled it.

9. Wait until the water boils away, then turn off the heat.

10 Serve on a plate. The dishes were very delicious, and the strong hometown and schoolmate friendship made me accidentally eat an extra bowl of rice.

Bacon is a specialty of Hunan, but because too much salt is added for preservation, it must be boiled in water first.
