The taste of Yangtze River shrimps with sesame oil and without sesame oil is completely different. It can be said that boiled Yangtze River shrimps with sesame oil are a rare delicacy. Add a bottle of ice-cold beer, haha, don’t even mention it!

Many people think that boiled shrimps are just boiled in water and then taken out. In fact, that is a misunderstanding of the literal meaning. There are still several steps to boil shrimps!

1. First, add a little oil to the pan, and when the oil is 7 layers hot, add garlic and ginger slices and stir-fry them briefly. Then pour in an appropriate amount of water, and then pour a little cooking wine and salt into the pan and boil.

2. It takes some time to boil the water in the pot. During this time, wash and cut the live shrimps.
