Bean curd sticks and minced pork, easy to learn

Braised pork with bean curd sticks is one of the more popular Han Chinese dishes. It is not only delicious but also nutritious and easy to learn. Lean pork, especially tenderloin, is the most suitable meat for making this dish. Eating more bean curd sticks can reduce the incidence of Alzheimer's disease.

1. How to cook yuba and minced pork

raw material

750 grams of lean pork and 300 grams of yuba. Ingredients: 200 grams of soy sauce, 7 grams of fine salt, 10 grams of cooking wine, 30 grams of green onion, 15 grams of ginger, 5 cloves of aniseed, 60 grams of water starch, 2 kilograms of vegetable oil (actual consumption is 75 grams).

Preparation method

① Cut the meat into 2 cm square and 1 cm thick pieces, put them into a pot, add a little soy sauce and marinate for 2 minutes, put them into 90% hot oil and fry them until golden brown, then take them out; cut the green onion into small pieces; slice the ginger; put the bean curd sticks into a pot, add cold water and soak them for 5 hours to make them soften, and cut them into 1.5 cm long pieces for later use.

② Put the meat into the pot, add water (enough to cover the meat), soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, aniseed, scallion segments, and ginger slices. After the water boils, turn to low heat and simmer until it is 80% cooked. Add bean curd sheets and cook until they are well-seasoned. Thicken with starch and the dish is done.

2. Other ways to cook yuba - fresh mushroom yuba

[Ingredients]: 150g fresh mushrooms, 150g yuba, 50g peanut oil, 7g refined salt, 2g MSG, 5g cooking wine,

200 grams of chicken soup, 2 grams of ginger, 10 grams of water starch.

[Preparation method]: 1. Put the dried bean curd sticks into a basin, soak them in cold water, press a heavy object on them, and soak them for 5 hours.

Cut into 3 cm long segments. Wash the fresh mushrooms and scatter them into small pieces.

2. Put the wok on the fire, add water and bring to a boil, add bean curd sticks and fresh mushrooms, remove from the heat and set aside.

3. Heat the oil in a wok, fry the minced ginger briefly, add cooking wine, chicken broth, salt, and season well.

Add bean curd sheets and fresh mushrooms, add MSG, thicken with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
