11. When it has fermented to twice its size, it is ready if it does not bounce back when poked with your hand.

12. Roll the dough into a rectangle and brush it with a little butter.

13. Turn both sides over.

14. Turn it over again and shape it into a rectangle.

15. Use a silicone knife to cut into triangle shapes and roll them up.

16. Roll up all the rolls, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 15 minutes.

17. Put baking paper on the baking tray and move the prepared croissants into the baking tray to prepare for fermentation.

18. Enter the second fermentation, which also takes 60 minutes.

19. After fermentation is completed, take out and brush with egg liquid.

20. Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes.

21. Put the bread brushed with egg liquid into the oven at 180° for 20 minutes.

22. Bake for 10 minutes until the color is satisfactory and cover with tin foil.

23. Take out and cool immediately after baking.
