100g pork belly, 300g garlic sprouts, a little chopped green onion, a little peanut oil, a little salt, a little soy sauce

Material

250g garlic sprouts, 250g pork tenderloin, 50g vegetable oil, a small spoon of bean paste, 20g water starch, 5g dried peppercorns, a small amount of salt

1. Wash the meat, cut it into thin strips, and mix it evenly with water starch and salt.

2. Remove the old stems of garlic shoots, wash them, and cut them into 3 cm long segments.

3. Heat the oil to 70% hot, add dried peppercorns and sauté until fragrant.

4. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color, then remove from the pan and set aside.
