Fried tomato with minced meat, eat more persimmons to stay healthy

1. Chop shallot and dice tomatoes.

2. Heat the pan without adding oil, pour in the minced pork and fry over medium-low heat until the minced meat no longer releases water.

4. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until they become soft.

6. Taste it and make the final adjustment with sugar. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions or coriander.
