How to make Qingming Yan

There are many ways to maintain health, and the simplest one is diet. Next, I will introduce to you how to cook the Qingming Yan dish.

1. Put 1/2 teaspoon of yeast into warm water

2. Use chopsticks to mix the yeast and warm water evenly, set aside and let it stand for 5 minutes to allow the yeast to completely dissolve in water to form yeast liquid

3. Put the flour in a dough bowl and pour the prepared yeast solution into the flour in batches.

4. Use chopsticks to mix the yeast liquid and flour thoroughly to form a dough with an appropriate amount of dry powder.

5. Knead all the flour and dry powder together with your hands, as if kneading into a hard dough with a smooth surface, cover it with a wet cloth and set aside.

6. When the dough has doubled in size, press it with your hands and it will not bounce back. The dough is ready.
