1. Cut off the tail with a knife, loosen the cucumber with a knife, cut into small pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, and stir

4. Add a little more sugar and stir

5. Add another tablespoon of dried chili powder, do not stir

6. Chop the garlic

8. Prepare an appropriate amount of oil, turn on high heat, and when you see the oil smoking, turn off the heat, count to 3 silently, and quickly pour it into a bowl. At this time, you can hear a "chi" sound (if you don't count to 3 silently, the minced pepper and garlic will burn; if you don't hear the "chi" sound, it means the oil temperature is not high enough)

9. Stir well and pour in a little sesame oil (for a more fragrant taste)

10. I tasted it and thought it wasn’t spicy enough, so I added some chopped pinky chili peppers (it would still be spicy without them, because the flavor will be better with time)

11. Prepare to cut the tomato into hearts, cut the top into one third

12. Cut the remaining two thirds in the middle

13. Make a heart shape

14. Pour the cucumber water into a bowl, place the cucumber on a plate, arrange it into 7 heart shapes, and decorate the middle with cherry tomatoes (cut 3 times vertically, do not cut to the bottom)
