1. Wash the squid, remove the transparent cartilage in the middle, add about 80ml of barbecue sauce and marinate the squid.

2. Put it in the oven, preheat to 250℃, and bake at 190℃ for about 30 minutes.

3. Cook the sauce. Add garlic and red pepper to the pan. When you smell the aroma of minced garlic, you can pour in the sauce. The sauce is made of 1 teaspoon of chu hou sauce, 1 teaspoon of noodle sauce, 1 teaspoon of sweet noodle sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and a teaspoon of white sugar. You can add a little 1/4 teaspoon of salt and dilute it with about 50ml of water.

4. When the sauce thickens slightly, add about 10g of chopped carrots, stir well, then pour in a little sesame oil and sesame seeds and serve.

5. After the squid is baked, use a knife to cut it evenly into 8mm thickness.

6. After placing it on the plate, immediately pour in the cooked sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
