How to make seafood stew

1. Prepare crab sticks, fish balls, clams, and prawns and set aside. Meanwhile, chop the chicken wings into pieces and blanch them in water to remove the blood foam. Wash the squid, cut it into pieces, blanch it in water and make squid rolls. After spitting out the sand from the clams, boil them in water and remove the shells. Trim off the whiskers of the prawns, remove the intestines, and briefly boil them in water.

2. Prepare all the ingredients (scallion segments, ginger slices, garlic cloves, bell peppers, Dahongpao hot pot ingredients, enoki mushrooms, celery, green peppers, and onions).

3. Heat oil in a pan, add squid, chicken wings and prawns into the pan and stir-fry until the surface turns golden brown.

4. Return the pot to the stove, add oil, add hot pot ingredients, scallion segments, ginger slices, garlic cloves, and bell peppers, and stir-fry over low heat.

5. Stir-fry until red oil comes out.

6. Pour the previously stir-fried chicken wings, squid and prawns into the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.

7. Pour in clams and fish balls and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add a small amount of water and simmer over medium heat for 6 minutes.

8. Pour in celery, enoki mushrooms, green peppers and onions and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the crab sticks and simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.
