1.12 Wash the dried preserved vegetables, heat the pan over low heat, stir-fry until dry, and set aside. Chop the green onions and set aside. Wash the cooked dried shrimps, drain and set aside. Dice the pork belly. Add all ingredients to the seasoning and mix well.

7. Heat the pan and turn to low heat (no need to add oil), put the pancake in and fry until both sides are browned.
