Ingredients: yuba, black fungus, carrot, ginger, onion, garlic

Method: 1. Soak bean curd sticks and black fungus until soft, then cut into pieces; wash and slice carrots; do the same with onions, ginger and garlic.

2 Pour oil into the pan, heat it, add scallions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

3 Add bean curd sticks, black fungus and carrots and stir-fry.

4 When it is almost cooked, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and appropriate amount of water and simmer.

5 When the soup becomes thick, add oyster sauce, stir fry evenly and serve.
