2 Pour oil into the pan, heat it, add scallions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

3 Add bean curd sticks, black fungus and carrots and stir-fry.

4 When it is almost cooked, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and appropriate amount of water and simmer.

5 When the soup becomes thick, add oyster sauce, stir fry evenly and serve.
