How to make fondant snowflake cookies

1. After the butter softens at room temperature, whip it until its color becomes lighter and its volume increases into a cream-like texture.

2. Add powdered sugar and salt to the whipped butter and mix well.

3. Add egg liquid in batches and mix well.

4. Sift in the low-gluten flour and squeeze the dough from the inside out to mix the ingredients thoroughly; form the dough, wrap it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Take out the refrigerated dough, roll it into even thin slices, and use a stainless steel snowflake cookie cutter to cut and shape it.

6. Transfer the cookie dough to a baking sheet and let it rest for 20 minutes.

7. Preheat the oven to 160℃, bake for 12-15 minutes and cool.

8. Take an appropriate amount of fondant and roll it into a thin sheet. Use a stainless steel mold to press out the outline of the snowflake.

9. Remove the pressing handle of the spring snowflake mold and use the pattern stamp to press out the snowflake pattern.

10. Apply appropriate amount of icing sugar on the cookie dough and stick the fondant snowflakes on it.

11. Apply a little icing sugar on the silver beads and fix them in the center of the fondant cookie.
