(Cut diagonally to remove the whipped cream that does not need to be spread) Make two cuts on the starting end (but do not cut through) to facilitate rolling. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut it in half. Arrange at the roll-up

7. Place the rolling pin on the cake paper and raise it above the cake. Roll your hands forward. After rolling, wrap the cake with cake paper and push it inwards with a rolling pin to make the cake roll tighter.

8. After wrapping the cake body, tie the two ends with rubber bands. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes. Wait for the cake roll to set

9. Neat head and tail removal

10. Slice into appropriate thickness (I cut 8 slices)
