9. Steam mugwort leaves with flour. 10. Mugwort balls. Method: Chop the mugwort leaves, add appropriate amount of flour, knead into dough with water and salt, make mugwort balls of appropriate size, and steam them in a pot. Function: It can promote blood circulation, dispel cold and dampness, stop bleeding, and stabilize the fetus. Especially around the Dragon Boat Festival, the mugwort leaves are fresh and tender, and have the effect of stimulating the appetite and strengthening the spleen.
