How to make crispy cookies in an electric baking pan

6.1 Mix the flour and ingredients evenly, add about three tablespoons of vegetable oil, stir with your hands while adding, and then add water (the ratio of vegetable oil to water is about 1:1, the more oil, the crispier it is).

7.2 Add sugar. The amount of sugar depends on your taste. If you like sweet taste, you can add more.

8. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes to make it crispier.

9. Take out the frozen dough, pinch a small piece with your hands and knead it into a ball.

10. Flatten it lightly with your hands and a small cookie is ready; make all the cookies in turn.

11. Connect the electric baking pan to the power source and place the cookies on it one by one.

12. After about 3 minutes, when one side is set and slightly charred, turn it over and fry the other side until it is slightly charred; the total process takes about 6 minutes and the cookies are ready.
