Herb and spice barbecue recipe

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and rub them evenly with your hands. Put them in a sealed box and put them in the refrigerator for two days to give the meat some time to absorb the flavor.

2.1 Wrap the surface with tin foil and bake in the oven at 450F for 20-25 minutes;

3.2 Preheat the oven and place the meat flat in the baking box;

4. Take it out when the time is up, use a clip to peel off the tin foil, and insert a thermometer specially designed for measuring meat temperature into the meat. If the meat temperature reaches or exceeds the temperature given by the thermometer, the meat is basically cooked. The standard of the thermometer is 170F. If you don’t have a special thermometer, you can insert chopsticks into the meat to see if there is any blood oozing out, or you can use a knife to cut the thickest part of the meat to know whether the meat is cooked;

5. The meat is now white and light in color. If you don't want to fry it, you can just slice it. If you want it to be more fragrant or have a more burnt aroma, you can fry the meat strips in a pan.

6. After frying, let it cool slightly, then slice it and eat.
