Ingredients: 120g flour, 1 egg, auxiliary ingredients: 60g cooking oil, 40g white sugar

1. Pour the oil into the pot, add sugar and eggs

2. Beat with a whisk

Cooking Tips

When beating the flour, small lumps will appear at first. Beat it hard and they will disappear. Then continue to add more.

Do not bake for more than 20 minutes, otherwise it will burn.

Ingredients: 1 egg 2 egg yolks

1. Prepare all the ingredients. One fully liquid egg, two egg yolks (the remaining egg white can be used to make soup or pancakes, etc.), 45 grams of sugar, and 90 grams of low-gluten flour.

2. First, beat the eggs with a whisk. Add the first amount of sugar (one third, or 15 grams, you can estimate it yourself) until the egg liquid becomes thick and the color becomes lighter. Add the second amount of sugar (15 grams) when it becomes thicker. Continue beating until the volume expands several times, then add the remaining sugar.

3. Continue beating until the egg liquid does not disappear immediately when the whisk is lifted.

4. Sieve in the low-gluten flour and stir quickly with a silicon knife until it is evenly mixed. Don't stir for too long, otherwise the flour will become glutenous and the bubbles will disappear.

5. Put the mixed batter into a piping bag and use a round piping nozzle. At this time, the oven can be preheated to 170 degrees.

6. Line the baking tray with baking paper and squeeze the batter into 2 cm round cakes (you can squeeze them into any shape you want), not too thick (mine was a bit thick...)

7. Bake at 170 degrees, middle layer, for about 10 minutes. The time depends on the temperament of your oven. Make sure it is browned and not burnt. If the time is not enough, it will not be crispy enough. You can adjust it yourself.

8. After it cools down, you can put it on a plate and seal it. If you want it to be crispier, you can add some butter or milk powder.
