How to make dried sesame leaves

1. Soak the dried sesame leaves in boiling water first. Then wash the sesame leaves with water several times until the color of the water becomes lighter. Squeeze dry the moisture from the sesame leaves and set aside.

2. Make sesame leaf noodles. Before the noodles are cooked, put the sesame leaves in and cook for a few minutes, and the sesame leaf noodles are ready. It will taste better if you add a few drops of sesame oil.

3. Sesame leaf rolls. Chop the sesame leaves or not, add salt and other seasonings and mix well. Roll the fermented dough into a certain thickness, sprinkle sesame leaves (the amount depends on your preference) evenly on the dough, then roll it up and cut it into pieces of appropriate size or leave it uncut (you can also cut it after steaming). After the noodles have fermented again, they can be steamed. Steam the fragrant sesame leaf rolls for 30 minutes and they are ready.

4. Serve with cold sesame leaves. Chop the sesame leaves or not, add salt and other seasonings and mix well (adding a few drops of sesame oil will be better). Add seasoning according to your preference. It is very appetizing to eat in summer.
