1. Remove the guts, scales and clean the yellow croaker.

2. Make cuts on the fish body.

4. Prepare starch, glutinous rice flour, yeast powder and five-spice powder according to proportion.

12. Fry the fish again until golden brown, remove from the oil and drain.
