How to make farm-style braised pork

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making farm-style braised pork.

1.1 Cut the frozen tofu and cooked pork belly into slices of the same width, then place one slice of tofu and one slice of pork belly (skin facing down) neatly and evenly in a bowl, and apply soy sauce evenly on both sides of the meat slices (place the frozen tofu slices close to the edge of the bowl, so that the frozen tofu can fully absorb the fat of the pork belly, and the tofu will have a meaty flavor and the pork belly will not be too greasy)

2.2 Cut the pork belly into cubes about ten centimeters long, blanch it, filter out the foam, add ginger slices, garlic, scallion segments, peppercorns, a small amount of soy sauce and salt, and stew until it can be pierced through with chopsticks, then remove from the heat and let cool.

3. Place the ginger and scallion slices on the bowl with the meat and frozen tofu. It doesn’t matter if they are cut a little thicker, as they will be placed at the bottom in the end. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, then switch to low heat and steam for 40 minutes.

4. After the meat is steamed, place a plate on the rim of the bowl, quickly turn it over, and take away the bowl. Slightly decorated.

5. Serve steaming hot!
