7. Boil a little water in a pot, add corn, carrots and garlic sprouts in turn, blanch until cooked, remove and set aside.

8. Pour about five tablespoons of Heinz ketchup.

9. Add sugar and balsamic vinegar and mix well.

10. Add a little oil to the pan, pour in tomato sauce and stir-fry over medium-low heat until big bubbles appear, then add a little water starch to thicken.

11. Pour in the blanched diced vegetables and mix well, turn off the heat and drizzle in a few drops of cooking oil.

12. Pour the prepared sauce evenly on the fried carp and eat it while hot. It is fragrant, crispy, sour and sweet.
