How to make Su Bo soup

1. Cut the beef into small pieces and blanch it in water with ginger and cooking wine.

2. Add enough water to the soup pot, add beef cubes, bring to a boil over high heat, remove the floating residue, add ginger slices, scallions and a little cooking wine, turn down the heat and simmer the beef until it is tender (about 40 minutes to 1 hour); (If you have beef bones, it is better to cook them together with the beef, and remove the bones after the beef is cooked)

3. Wash and cut the cabbage into pieces, cut the onion into small pieces, dice the carrots, and cut the potatoes into dices

4. Heat the pan, add salad oil, pour in all the ingredients after warming, add a little tomato sauce and stir fry evenly, then pour into the stewed beef

5. Add appropriate amount of water (about an inch more than the ingredients), add perilla leaves, dried chili peppers, and sugar, boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for about 30 minutes (the potatoes are cooked through), sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste

6. Heat the pan over low heat and melt the butter.

7. Pour in low flour, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant and without lumps, add to Supo soup, boil over high heat for 2 minutes
