1. Peel the taro.

2. Cut into dice.

3. Steam in a steamer until cooked.

4. Dissolve the yeast in warm water.

5. After steaming the taro, mash it into paste, put it into a bowl and add flour.

6. Add appropriate amount of warm water and knead into dough.

7. Place in a warm place and let ferment until it doubles in size.

8. Put it on the panel, knead it, and cut it into small pieces.

9. Knead into small buns and fry with sugar for fifteen minutes.

10. Brush oil on the steamer and place the steamed buns on it.

11. Take out after steaming.
