How to make cheese pizza

1. Dissolve salt and sugar in 70ml water first (leave 10g of water and adjust the amount depending on the softness of the dough)

If you are kneading the dough by hand, knead it until the dough forms a glove film, then cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment until it is twice as large. The same is true. (If you use a machine, you can use this waiting time to make pizza sauce or prepare fillings)

9. Remove the air from the dough after it has risen.

10. Roll out the dough into a piece slightly larger than the pizza pan. (Try to make the dots round and evenly distributed, mine isn’t round enough)

11. Place the dough on the pizza pan and poke holes in the bottom with a fork.

12. Place the mozzarella cheese in a circle against the pizza pan.

13. Fold the outer dough down evenly to cover the cheese. As shown in the picture, (the intervals between Pizza Hut are very large, but I don’t think it is beautiful. It looks better if the intervals are not so large. It can be adjusted according to personal preference) After arranging, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to let it rise for a while, while preparing the filling.

14. Remove the shrimp head, tail, sand line and shell, add a small amount of salt, white pepper and high-proof liquor, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Pour a small amount of oil over high heat, pour in the marinated shrimp and stir-fry quickly. Serve when it turns slightly red. Add green beans and corn and fry until the color turns darker, then pour in milk, turn down the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes until the milk is boiled dry. Each grain must be distinct and not wet.

15. Take out the pizza crust and spread pizza sauce on the bottom (you can buy pizza sauce or make it yourself. I strongly recommend making it yourself. There is a method in my recipe. The ones bought are very salty and not half as delicious as the ones you make yourself). Sprinkle 5g cream cheese and then 20g mozzarella cheese.

16. Then add a layer of shrimps.

17. Sprinkle 5g cream cheese and 20g mozzarella cheese on the shrimp.

18. Sprinkle green beans and corn kernels, and garnish with some red pepper rings.

19. Brush the visible edges of the dough with an appropriate amount of egg liquid, put it in the preheated oven, and bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

20. Please observe the color after about 10 minutes. If it turns slightly yellow, you can take it out, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on the surface of the green beans and corn, and bake for another five minutes. (I was so engrossed in watching American TV series that the coloring was a little too dark in this step. It will take about twelve minutes.)

21. After five minutes, bake until the cheese is melted and the edges of the pancake are browned.
