How to make chocolate steamed buns

The method of making chocolate steamed buns is very simple. As long as you are willing to learn and master the cooking skills, you can make delicious and healthy food.

1. Melt the yeast first and squeeze the chocolate condensed milk into a bowl.

2. Pour one third of yeast water into the chocolate bowl and stir well.

3. Use two kinds of yeast water to make two kinds of dough. Use about 180 grams of flour for chocolate dough and about 300 grams of flour for ordinary dough. Put the two kinds of dough into the bowl to rise.

4. This is the fermented dough. Since I have limited dough basin, I just use it like this.

5. Knead the fermented dough and roll it into a large dough sheet. Place the chocolate dough on top and stack the two dough sheets together.

6. Roll the dough into long strips and cut into even-sized pieces.

9. Add water to the steamer and put the steamer on the stove. Bring to a boil over high heat. Steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes before serving.
