19. Pour the batter into the baking pan about 70% full and sprinkle some crispy crumbs on the surface.

20. Put it in the preheated oven at 170℃, upper and lower heat, middle layer, for 20 minutes. (Original recipe 180 degrees, second to last layer 20 minutes)
