How to make nutritious noodle tea

1. All ingredients.

2.1 Chop the shallots (as finely as possible).

3.2 Fry the peanuts and black sesame seeds separately and grind them in a food processor for later use.

4.1 Pour in flour and stir-fry over low heat.

5.2 Add appropriate amount of oil and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Cook until the flour is cooked.

7. Add appropriate amounts of fried flour, black sesame powder, peanut powder and white sugar.

8. Add boiling water and stir into paste.
