6. Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and peppercorns after the oil is hot and fry until fragrant. When the onion and ginger have a flavor and change color, remove the onion, ginger and peppercorns.

7. Pour in soy sauce, original soup and cooking wine to make juice

8. After the soup boils, add salt and stir evenly. Put the beef strips into the pot. Be careful not to stir them up and keep their original shape. Heat over low heat until the beef is thoroughly seasoned.

9. When the soup thickens, add wet starch, turn to high heat to make the soup thick, add MSG and drizzle with sesame oil, turn off the heat

10. Be careful not to break up the meat when serving. Pour the meat into a container and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
