12. Put vegetable oil into a clean pot and heat until it is 40% hot.

13. Stretch the chops a little, then fry them in a pan over high heat.

14. When the spareribs float up, use chopsticks to turn them over so that they are evenly heated. When the spareribs turn golden brown, remove them from the oil.

15. The fragrant and crispy steak is ready.
