How to steam shrimp

Everyone pursues a life of having food and clothing provided for them, but the reality is not so good. So if you live in reality, you will inevitably need to cook by yourself. In order to cook a dish well, you must have perfect methods and steps. So, follow me and learn how to make steamed shrimps.

1. Main ingredients: fresh chilled shrimp, garlic.

2. Use scissors to cut off the shrimp whiskers, claws, and arrow (a hard thorn on the shrimp head). Use a knife to slice open the back of the shrimp, starting from just below the head and ending just before the tail.

3. Remove the black shrimp thread and make it like this.

4. Finish cooking one by one and place on a plate for later use.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil and add two-thirds of the garlic. Fry over low heat until slightly yellowed, then turn off the heat.

6. Pour into a bowl; the residual heat of the oil will allow the garlic to continue to mature. After cooling, add the remaining one third of garlic, oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Stir it thoroughly until smooth.

7. Then pour the mixed sauce on the reserved shrimps.

8. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil and add the shrimp plate. Steam over high heat for 5 minutes.

9. This is the finished product after steaming for 5 minutes. After taking it out of the pot, it can be eaten with a little garnishing.
