Butterfly cod recipe

1.1 Ingredients and seasonings: cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, green and red peppers, carrots, appropriate amount of coriander, one okra, and cooking oil.

2.2 Ingredients: 1 cod, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger.

3.1 Place the fish on a plate, cut the scallion and ginger into shreds and sprinkle them on the fish. The fish was too big, about 40 cm long, and the pot was not big enough, so I had to cut it into pieces. If your pot is big and the fish is small, you don’t need to cut it into pieces, and the effect will be better.

4.2 Clean the cod, cut it in the middle of the belly with scissors, and then cut a few times perpendicular to the spine. Do not cut it too short, the spine should be connected, so that it will be in the shape of a butterfly.

5.1 While steaming the fish, prepare the seasoning and ingredients. Slice okra, green and red peppers, chop carrots and coriander, peel and wash garlic.

6.2 Put it in a pot and steam it over high heat for 10 minutes, then steam it for 5 minutes.

7.1 Steam the fish head and tail.

8.2 Crush the garlic into paste.

9.1 Carefully arrange them on the plate in a butterfly shape. This is the only way to prepare a big fish. Peel the green onion and ginger.

10.2 Steamed fish body.

11. Preheat the wok, add cooking oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry at low temperature until fragrant.

12. Add other ingredients and stir-fry evenly.

13. Add steamed fish soy sauce.

14. Stir-fry evenly to make the sauce.

15. Pour the sauce over the fish.

16. Place green and red pepper slices and okra slices around the fish fillets for decoration.

17. The finished product is served, the meat is tender and the shape is beautiful, like a butterfly.
