How to make casserole vermicelli?

Vermicelli has a chewy texture. If you use a casserole to cook vermicelli, the vermicelli can become soft and tender. Casserole vermicelli can be paired with other foods, such as lettuce, black fungus, etc., to make the taste of this dish richer.

Method 1:

Material:

Vegetarian chicken wings, vegetarian bean curd sheets, black fungus, vermicelli, lettuce, spicy hot pot base, salt, sugar.

1. Soak the necessary ingredients overnight.

2. Put a small amount of hot pot base in the casserole, add hot water and bring to a boil.

3. Add vegetarian chicken wings, vegetarian bean curd sheets, black fungus and continue cooking.

4. When the ingredients are basically cooked, add vermicelli and continue cooking.

5. Finally add the lettuce, turn off the heat and simmer for a while.

6. Add a little salt or sugar according to your taste, done!
