How to make potato noodles with mixed sauce

6. Dice the celery stalks and mince the onion, ginger and garlic.

7. Add oil to the wok, a little more than the normal amount for cooking. When the oil is hot, add chopped scallion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Add the diced ham and stir-fry until the oil comes out.

9. Remove the diced potatoes and drain the water, then put them into the pan together with the diced carrots and stir-fry for one minute.

10. Add thirteen spices and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

12. Add a little dark soy sauce and stir well.

13. Add appropriate amount of cold water along the edge of the pot.

14. Add salt when the soup in the pot becomes thick.

15. Add diced celery.

16. After stirring evenly, it can be served and the delicious potato sauce is ready.

17. Boil water in a pot and add noodles after the water boils.

18. Put the cooked noodles into a bowl.

19. Pour in the fried potato sauce and a bowl of delicious potato sauce noodles is ready.
