If the temperature is high, you can adjust it the same as I did. If it is a bit low, you can adjust the temperature to around 170. 12. Observe the heat at all times. If the color is golden yellow, with a strong milky aroma, and the sugar embryo has expanded, you can turn off the heat and then simmer in the oven for 5 minutes to allow it to be evenly colored. My oven temperature is high, and I set the upper and lower fire to 140 degrees for 15 minutes. It is best to experiment with the temperature of your own oven. It is recommended not to set the temperature too high for the first time, and experiment slowly to draw conclusions. (Keep the biscuits and sugar embryos farther apart, and don’t put too much at once, as they will stick together after expanding and affect the appearance) 13.
