How to make New Zealand cheese cubes

No one can resist the temptation of delicious food. New Zealand cheese cubes are a dish that makes people drool. Unlike heavy-flavored dishes, the ingredients for this dish are very simple to prepare, but when it is cooked, it is delicious and fragrant, and it is a fine dish suitable for home use.

1. Mix milk, cheese and sugar together and heat over low heat. Stir while heating.

2. Until the cheese is completely melted into a paste without any particles.

3. Add butter and continue stirring to fully emulsify the butter.

4. Add egg yolk and mix well.

5. Sift in low flour.

6. Mix evenly by cutting and turning, and remove from heat when there are no dry powder particles. The above steps are all carried out in water heating over low heat. I took it down for the convenience of taking pictures.

7. Add sugar to the egg whites in three batches. Whip until wet peaks form.

8. Take half of the meringue and add it into the egg yolk paste. Stir well.

9. Pour the mixed cake batter back into the remaining meringue.

10. Cut and mix evenly. The cake batter should be flowable and fluffy.

11. Pour the mixture into the mold covered with oil paper, use a scraper to smooth the surface and shake out the bubbles. I used an 8-inch square.

12. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 35 minutes.

13. Take out the upside-down cover and tear off the oil paper.

14. Cut off the scraps.

15. Add rum to the whipped cream and beat until it becomes like a cocktail tip. Since the cake contains a lot of sugar, there is no need to add sugar to the whipped cream.

16. Spread the whipped cream evenly on the surface of the cake.

17. Divide the cake into 3 equal parts.

18. After stacking the 3 cakes, place them in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

19. Put the remaining whipped cream into a piping bag and set aside.

20. Take the cake out of the refrigerator, cut it into pieces, and decorate the surface.
