1. Because it is hot in the morning, the dough should be rolled into strips by 9 o'clock. Roll the dough into strips, sprinkle a layer of cornmeal in the basin, and then roll it into strips to prevent sticking. After rolling, put it in the pan and fry it.

2. Three pounds of flour, 15 grams of salt. Don't use too much salt, because too much salt will make the Sanzi strips difficult to rub and break easily. Make the flour softer than the noodles and knead it every half an hour.

5. Rinse at one end and rinse at the other end

6. Move the chopsticks holding the Sanzi forward as shown in the picture.

7. Put away the chopsticks that hold up the Sanzi as shown in the picture.

8. When one side turns yellow, turn it over and fry the other side. When both sides are fried, you can take it out.

9. Sanzi is ready
