How to make pickled fish

The nutritional value of homemade sauerkraut fish is very high. As winter approaches quietly, preparing such a dish on the winter dinner table is very appetizing and can stimulate your appetite. Homemade sauerkraut fish is also a good healthy and whitening dish that can promote fat metabolism. It has become a favorite dish for female friends. Friends who like spicy food can add more chili for seasoning.

1. Wash the fish, remove the internal organs, and prepare to fillet

2. Marinate the fish fillets with cooking wine, salt and MSG.

3. Add the egg liquid to the fish fillet and stir well.

4. Add oil to the pan and heat for 60-70 minutes, then add the fish fillets and remove them.

5. Cut the washed pickled cabbage into pieces, add onion, ginger and garlic, put them into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add broth and boil the fish head and fish bones.

6. After the fish bones and sauerkraut are cooked, remove them. Add the remaining white soup to the fish fillets and bring to a boil. Remove them and pour the soup into the dish. Finally, sprinkle with coriander.

To make this homemade pickled fish dish, you don’t need to control the heat or have profound cooking skills. It only takes less than half an hour to enjoy the delicious food.
