How to make cheese and egg toast

The busy life makes many people be careless in diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually. Little do they know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, · Cheese and Egg Toast · is simple and delicious to make. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Use a knife to cut a square about 1.5cm away from the edge of the bread (be gentle with your knife and don’t cut all the way through!)

2. Flatten the bread in the square to form a groove;

3. Crack an egg into the groove

4. Place a layer of shredded cheese between the egg white and the edge of the bread (if there is no cheese, you can use diced ham instead);

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the finished product of Step 4 on a baking tray lined with tin foil, and then bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Every oven is different. Just melt the cheese. If you don't have an oven, you can use a microwave oven with a grill function.

6. After it comes out of the oven, grind black pepper and salt while it is hot and you can start eating!
