How to make fruit fried rice for weight loss

Each of us should learn to love ourselves. The first thing to do to love ourselves is to eat well. Only when the diet is healthy can the health of the body be guaranteed. The method of making fruit fried rice for weight loss is very simple. If you really want to cook for yourself but are not confident in your cooking skills, you might as well try this dish.

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the vegetables and fruits, and cut the carrots into slices.

2. When choosing cucumbers, look for thicker ones, then cut them into small pieces, all of the same height.

3. To make holes in the cucumber, I used the smallest spoon at home. It was quite convenient and not difficult. Don’t discard the cucumber flesh you scoop out, you can put it into fried rice.

4. Cut the cucumber flesh, carrot and black fungus into small cubes. Peel the loquat, remove the seeds and dice it. Use 1 loquat.

5. Cut another strawberry into small pieces. Use 2 or 3 strawberries.

6. Pour oil into the pan and start frying the vegetables, adding the fruit last.

7. Pour in the rice.

8. Pour in the fruit and finally add salt.

9. Put the fried rice into the cucumber.

10. Fry a poached egg.

11. Blanch the broccoli in water and sprinkle some salt.

12. Slice the remaining fruits and cut the loquats into small cubes.

13. Finally, place the dish on a plate and pour ketchup on the poached eggs. You are done.

When you go home, you can also use your free time to make a fruit fried rice diet meal to reward yourself. Sometimes it is a very good thing to taste your own cooking skills.
