How to make double-flavored watermelon (beauty dish)

1. Wash and cut the watermelon

3. Cut the melon rind into strips

4. Add some salt to the bowl

5. Mix well until the melon skin becomes soft and marinate for ten minutes.

6. Prepare the seasoning, chop the ginger, garlic, onion and carrot, and drain a dish of watermelon juice for later use.

7. After the melon rind is pickled, rinse off the brine.

8. Use a spoon to scoop the watermelon sac into a round shape and place them on a plate.

9. Put the chopped seasoning on the melon rind

10. Prepare chopped dried red pepper and Sichuan peppercorns, add some pepper powder, MSG, vinegar and cornstarch to the watermelon juice and mix well.

11. Add chili peppers and peppercorns on top of the melon rind seasoning.

12. Do not add oil to a hot pan and turn down the heat.

13. Pour the watermelon juice into the pot and stir quickly until it becomes as shown in the picture, then turn off the heat.

14. Pour the watermelon juice in the pot onto the watermelon rind, then add sesame oil.

15. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 80% hot and turn off the heat.

16. Quickly pour the hot oil over the seasoning on the melon rind.

17. Pour honey over the watermelon sac.

18. Serve and prepare to eat
