How to make white radish and fresh meat dumplings (white radish is good for beauty)

1. Wash and chop the white radish and put it in a bowl

18. Sprinkle some dry flour and knead the skin. Use the rolling pin to roll the dough along the edge and move the dough with your left hand. Move while rubbing the dough.

19. Roll out some of the skins one by one and make dumplings first, as shown in the picture (if you roll out all of them at once, the skins will stick together).

20. Put the stuffing into the dumpling skin, and then use both hands to pinch the skin tightly as shown in the picture. Pinch them one by one.

23. When the water is boiling, add some salt before putting the dumplings in.

24. Boil for one minute and add some cold water. Add cold water three times in sequence.

25. After adding three times, cook for another two minutes and drain out the foam. Turn off the heat.

29. Add some green onions (I don’t like sour food, so I don’t add vinegar. If you like it, add some vinegar)

30. Just stir it and you can eat it. It tastes really good. The radish is crisp, the meat is tender, and the dumplings are chewy and delicious.
