How to Cook Egg Noodles

In daily life, our staple foods usually include rice, steamed buns, and noodles. Especially in the winter morning, eating a bowl of hot noodles will make you feel warm all over, and the nutritional value of noodles is also relatively high. When making noodles, you can also make your favorite stew according to your own taste. Different stews will make noodles taste different. So how can you cook delicious egg noodles?

Noodles absorb flavors most easily, and they will taste more delicious and nutritious if cooked in broth. Stew the broth in advance and use it directly when cooking the noodles. Chicken soup, pork rib soup, big bone soup, and beef soup are all very good choices.

Adding some of your favorite vegetables when cooking noodles can not only balance the nutrition but also enhance the flavor and color of the noodles. When the noodles are almost cooked, add washed vegetables, seaweed, dried shrimps, eggs and other foods.

You can also add some salt in advance when cooking noodles to make them chewier. Sometimes the noodles you buy have an alkaline taste, and adding some vinegar can remove the alkaline taste. Also, don't use boiling water to cook noodles.

After preparing the seasoning, first scoop the noodle soup into the seasoning bowl, let the soup dissolve the seasoning, cook the chopped green onion soup, and then pick up the noodles. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste, so you have to control the amount yourself, so that you can make the noodles you like.

Many people wait until the water is completely boiling before putting the noodles in the pot to start cooking. In fact, this can easily lead to uneven heating of the noodles, the surface of the noodles will easily become gelatinized and stick together, and the cooked noodles will not be chewy at all.

Correct approach:

It is best to put it in when small bubbles begin to rise from the bottom of the pot, then stir it a few times and cover it. When the water in the pot boils, add some cold water in moderation and the food will be cooked when the water boils.
