How to make minced meat and vegetable gratin

Chinese people have always been particular about food. How well one eats is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, the method of baked rice with minced meat and vegetables is easy. It only takes a little time to complete. You may as well give it a try.

1. Prepare the ingredients except rice and mozzarella cheese (my rice is still cooking);

2. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and mince the meat!

3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, add the minced meat and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the onion and stir-fry until fragrant; you can add a proper amount of cumin or black pepper to make it taste better!

4. Add green beans and stir-fry for a while;

5. Add all other vegetables and stir-fry for a while;

6. Add the rice and stir well, then add salt and a little light soy sauce to season!

7. Pour into a baking dish;

8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and put into the preheated oven: bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until the surface is browned;

9. Take out and cool, sprinkle with green vegetables for decoration!
