1. Add milk to the pot, turn on low heat, add low-gluten flour, and start stirring!

2. Prepare all the materials!

3. Keep stirring without stopping. The milk will slowly become thicker from its original flowing state. Continue stirring until the milk is completely mixed with the low-gluten flour and stops flowing, like a very thick batter!

4. Prepare a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or plastic, pour in the boiled milk paste, and let it cool!

5. After it has cooled completely, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for 3 hours. Take out the milk and freeze it into a hard block!

6. Cut into your favorite strips!

7. Cut it into small pieces by cutting it in the middle again!

8. Pour the batter, an egg, 100 ml of water into a bowl. You can add baking powder or not. Stir into a paste. Don’t make it too thin, otherwise it will not stick. Take a bar of fresh milk and put it in the bowl to try it, the batter will flow slowly!

9. Heat oil in a pan. When it’s 80% hot, add the milk wrapped in batter. Don’t use too high a heat. Fry until both sides are golden brown, then remove and drain the oil!

10. Place on a plate and start eating delicious crispy fried milk!
