How to make cornmeal, coconut and custard steamed cake

The method of making steamed cake with corn flour, coconut and egg milk filling is very simple, and does not require many cooking skills. It is suitable for regular consumption.

2. Mix cornmeal and low-gluten flour first, add motherwort powder dissolved in warm water, knead the dough with warm water, and let it rise to twice its size.

3. After it is well-fermented, knead it into a cylindrical shape and divide it into three portions.

4. Mix sugar, coconut flakes, milk powder, add a raw egg and mix well.

5. Then take a portion of dough and roll it into a round shape, just enough to fit into a six-inch mold.

6. Apply a layer of filling and add in ~

7. Roll off another layer of skin and put it in.

8. Apply another layer of filling.

9. Put the last layer of dough in.

10. Heat water in the steamer, turn off the heat when it reaches about 45 degrees, put the steamed cake on top of the dates and dried cranberries, wait for an hour, and cover the pot for a second rise.

11. Steam on high heat for 20 minutes after the time is up.
