How to make milky glutinous rice cake (flour version)

1. Mix glutinous rice flour, flour and milk powder.

2. Pour in the yeast and stir.

3. Add white sugar and stir.

4. Add warm water and stir until there are no particles, and it flows smoothly as shown in the picture. Slowly pour in warm water to see if the condition increases or decreases.

5. Put it in the oven, cover it with a wet cloth, and ferment in the oven for 60 minutes. If you don’t have an oven for fermentation, you can ferment it in a heated pot.

6. A big bowl of fermented sweet wine with a nice fermented aroma.

7. Stir evenly to eliminate large bubbles, pour into a 6-inch cake mold and fill it 80% full and sprinkle white sesame seeds on the surface. I poured it 50% full and intentionally added 2 muffin cups.

8. Put it into the steamer and boil it on medium heat, then cook on high heat for 20 minutes, and then open the lid after 3 to 5 minutes.

9. The pot is boiling!
