14. Put the tenderloin into the oil pan and fry it over low heat until it is 50% cooked, then take it out. Then, heat the oil pan to 60% to 70% hot and put the tenderloin in again.

15. Fry until golden brown, remove from plate, sprinkle with pepper salt and serve.
