How to make delicious meat buns

1. Dissolve 10 grams of yeast in warm water for 10 minutes, mix it into the flour and knead it well, then cover it with plastic wrap and put it in a steamer at about 30℃ to rise for 1 hour.

2. After the dough has risen, it should be about twice as large as before and you can take it out and knead it.

3. Chop the meat, winter bamboo shoots, black fungus, and carrots into fine pieces and mix them evenly. Add appropriate amount of white pepper, seasoning, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and peanut oil and mix in the same direction. Then chop the shallot into fine pieces and add sesame oil and mix for 2 minutes to remove the stinky onion smell. Finally, add the chopped shallot and mix well for later use.

4. Knead the small bubbles in the dough until they are almost broken, then roll it into long strips and divide it into many small pieces.

5. Knead the small dough into a smooth surface, press it with your hands, and then use a rolling pin to roll it into a dough shape for later use.

6. Put the filling in the middle of the wrapper and fold it into a bun shape.

7. After everything is done, put it into a steamer with warm water and let it rise for 40 minutes. Then add cold steam to the pot for 15-20 minutes and then simmer for 5 minutes.

8. After steaming and stuffing, you can enjoy the delicious meat buns.
