How to make Shaobai

1. Add half a star anise and a small green onion to the pork belly and cook in boiling water until chopsticks can be inserted.

2. Take out the pork belly and apply 1g sweet noodle sauce and 1ml soy sauce on it while it is still hot.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add two crystal sugars when the oil is hot, add the pork belly and sauté until fragrant. When the skin starts to bubble, you can turn off the heat. If the meat is difficult to cut at this time, throw it into the pot where the meat was just cooked, simmer for two minutes, and the skin will be soft.

10. Take out the steamed meat bowl, cover it with a plate, and quickly turn the meat upside down.
